Recipe Book: Lotions


For heavy duty overnight moisturizing, try our banana foot lotion:

- 2 bananas

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1/4 cup butter

Mix ingrediants. Spread all over feet, then cover feet with socks and go to sleep. Rinse the next morning.

For a quick on the go alternative: Put a drop of vitamin e oil at the base of each toe, rub in gently and put on some socks before bed. Your toes will thank you in the morning.
