footcandy sells toe rings, anklets, nail art and pedicure products via the internet. our business openened in 1998. footcandy does not accept 'rain checks" nor do we guarantee products offered are available at the time you order them. we will notify you if the product you are interested in is not available.

shipping: it's easy - simply, fill your online order and pay by credit card. in stock orders usually ship within 2-7 business days. see item pages for more approximate ship dates. please note: footcandy ships orders under $50 via USPS priority mail at a cost of $5.95. orders that meet this criteria will have their shipping charges manually adjusted.

where we cannot ship: at this time, we ship to limited locations outside of the united states. unfortunately, we cannot ship to p.o. boxes or military addresses.

payment methods: in the United States we accept: personal check, money order in US funds, Visa and MasterCard. please print a copy of your filled candy bag and enclose it with payment. orders will not ship until payment has been received and cleared the bank.

tax: state law requires us to collect sales tax from all California residents.

back orders: if you order something that is back ordered or out of stock, we'll email you and let you know. at that time you can decide to have the item ship upon arrival or change your order. we do not charge your credit card until your item ships.

credit card information: we do not charge your credit card until your items ship. this includes backorders and special order items.

order tracking: when you place an order at footcandy.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours. once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a second confirmation email that includes your tracking number. please keep this number accessible - you'll need it to track your package.

gift wrap: gift-wrapping is available for all footcandy.com purchases. just check the gift wrap item box when ordering and we'll gift-wrap all or part of your order. if you like, you may also enclose a message of up to two lines.

return/exchange policy: we will be happy to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items from footcandy.com that you are not completely happy with. the item(s) MUST be returned to footcandy.com within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition including original packaging. please note that customized items and items from our overstock sale are purchased with an "absolutely no return" policy and will not be accepted without prior customer service approval. items which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped (we recommend using FedEx or UPS). shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

we will only refund shipping and handling charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. we promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items.
