Stop! Before You Eat That Avocado Rub

Most of us love avocados but you can do more than just eat them.

- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- squeeze of lemon


Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and place it aside. Place 1/2 of the avocado in the fridge making sure to wrap it up. Place the other half in a salad and enjoy. Let the pit dry out for a day or two and then mash it up by hand or with a blender. It should break up in small pieces. Mix the avocado pit with the 1/2 that was in the fridge along with the mayo and squeeze of lemon. As good as this may sound to eat its for your feet. Avocado helps to prevent calluses while the mayo is an excellent conditioner. For extra medicine, add a beaten egg.
